1. Return Eligibility

* Product received is damaged during transit
* Product is defective or not working properly
* Wrong product has been delivered

All return requests must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

* The product must be unused and in original condition
* The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice
* The product should not be installed or used

Aco Fans reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

* Damage caused due to improper installation
* Damage due to misuse or negligence
* Normal wear and tear
* Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuations
* Minor color or design variation
* Change of mind after delivery


4. Replacement Policy

* Eligible products will be replaced at no additional cost
* Replacement is subject to product availability
* If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

* Order cancelled before dispatch
* Product not delivered
* Approved return after inspection

Refund Timeline:

* Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after approval
* The amount will be credited to the original payment method


6. Cancellation Policy

* Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
* Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible

3. Share images or videos as proof (if applicable)
4. Our team will verify and arrange pickup or further assistance


8. Return Shipping

* If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong product), return shipping will be free
* In other cases, return shipping charges may apply
