  4. 1. Order Confirmation

    • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
    • ACO reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or any unforeseen circumstances.

    5. 2. Pricing & Taxes

    • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
    • Applicable GST and other statutory taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
    • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown separately at checkout.

    6. 3. Payment

    • Full payment must be made before the order is processed and dispatched.
    • Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. ACO does not store customers’ payment card details.

    7. 4. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier service, and other external factors.
    • ACO shall not be liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, transportation issues, or other events beyond its control.

    8. 5. Product Information

    • We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur due to photography, screen settings, or product updates.

    9. 6. Warranty

    • Products are covered under the warranty period mentioned on the respective product page or warranty card.
    • Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized repairs, voltage fluctuations, or normal wear and tear.

    10. 7. Returns & Replacements

    • Returns or replacements will be accepted only in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
    • Customers are requested to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and report any transit damage or incorrect product within the specified time period.

    • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

    12. 9. Limitation of Liability

    • ACO’s liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased. The company shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
